1% Lowfat milk is defined by a butterfat content of 0.7% - 1.3%.  Since flavor and creaminess is directly related to the butterfat content, Dakin Dairy strives to keep our butterfat content at the higher levels.

Like all Dakin Dairy products, our delicious 1% Milk is pasteurized and homogenized and produced without antibiotics, pesticides and from cows not given added growth hormones.
